Alejandro Romero-Torres is a professor in project management at ESG UQAM. He teaches in the graduate programs in project management and in the executive MBA.
He has supported several public and private organizations in the transformation of their structures and practices, allowing them to strengthen their performance and organizational maturity of projects. His main research expertise is in the governance and management of technology projects, including stakeholder issues, decision making and ownership of project results.
He works closely with public organizations in Quebec to ensure the performance of public projects.
