Stéphane Ganassali is a senior lecturer in management sciences at the IAE of the University of Savoie Mont Blanc. He teaches marketing, survey methods and consumer behavior. He directs the Master 1 – International Marketing of this institute and is also a scientific advisor for the company Sphinx, publisher of the eponymous software. His research focuses on consumer behavior and survey methods. He has published several reference books and articles in international scientific journals on these subjects.
