Laurent Botti is associate professor in Management Sciences at the IAE of Perpignan, University of Perpignan Via Domitia, CRESEM Laboratory (EA 7397).
His main field of expertise is the measurement of tourism performance using Multi-Criteria Decision Support (MCDS) methods (ELECTRE, DEA, TOPSIS, AHP, PROMETHEE).
He is the pedagogical manager of the Master in Tourism Management at the IAE of Perpignan (training labelled by the CFET). He is a member of the steering committee of the pilOT project for the national federation ADN-Tourisme and produces in this sense the indicators of territorial touristicity (ITT).
Author of numerous articles and books, he is a member of the editorial board of international journals like Current Issues in Tourism (CIT) or Tourism Analysis. Member of AFMAT since its creation, he is the President of this scientific association since 2022.
