Dr. Olivier Berthod is an Associate Professor with the Department of Organizational Behavior and HRM, ICN Business School, based in the school’s Berlin campus, and an Adjunct Professor of Organization and Management at Jacobs University Bremen/SIT, Germany.
He teaches courses on organizational behavior and organization and management theory.
His cross-sector research on preparedness, mindful organizing, decision-making, and collaborative governance has received funding from the German Research Foundation (DFG), the Peter Pribilla Foundation, the Wagener Foundation, the Dahlem Research School, and the industry.
Prior to joining ICN, he held positions at Jacobs University Bremen, Freie Universität Berlin, Universität zu Köln, and teaching appointments at the German Center for Aerospace Research (DLR), the Toulouse School of Management and ESCP Europe, among other institutions.
