Shipowner and founder-manager of his SME since 2003, Mourad Eustratiou began his career in consulting within the FTHM firm. He is currently President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Majunga and President of the Board of Directors of the National School of Maritime Education of Madagascar.
In September 2024, he denfed his Executive Doctorate of Business Administration (EDBA), on the theme “budgedary decentralization in Madagascar: findings and recommendations” under the direction of Professor Geneviève Causse, Professor Emeritus of Paris-Est University and ESCP Europe, France.
