Denis Travaillé is a university professor at iaelyon School of Management and Director of the Magellan Research Centre, where he is also responsible for the Management and CSR research axis.
Director of the Master’s degree in Finance at IAE Lyon, he teaches management control, production management and analytical management accounting. His research focuses mainly on management control, dashboards, OSR and management control and integrated supply chains.
He has co-authored several books, notably with Y. Dupuy, Les bases de la comptabilité analytique de gestion 3ème édition, Economica, 2013 or Les bases du contrôle de gestion, Economica, 2014. He has also coordinated collective works including Les systèmes de gestion entre simplification et complexification – Mélanges en l’honneur du Professeur Yves Dupuy, with G. Naro, Economica, 2015 and La responsabilité sociétale des organisations, Des discours aux pratiques?, with J.P. Gond and E. Bayle, Vuibert, 2014. He has also published numerous articles in scientific and professional journals. His latest article “Uniqueness and plurality of organisational dashboards”, co-authored by Y. Dupuy was published in the journal Recherches en Sciences de Gestion, n° 107 in 2015.
