Since 2002, Sun Heng Yuan has been engaged in the advertising, exhibition, and brand marketing industry. Currently, he is a partner and deputy general manager at an advertising company in Shanghai, China, overseeing middle and senior personnel management, as well as the operation and management of some projects and events.
He defended his Executive Doctorate of Business Administration (EDBA) thesis in September 2024, focusing on “The Fascinating World of Confucianism and Its Impact on Enterprise Team Effectiveness,” under the guidance of Professor Marc Valax from Université Côte d’Azur.
