Nicolas Poussing has a PhD in Economics and is qualified to supervise graduate research (HDR). He has been a researcher at the Luxembourg Institute of Socio-Economic Research since 2000. His research analyses the behaviour of individuals and the strategy of companies in a context marked by the introduction of innovation, the intensive use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) and the introduction of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) approaches. His work is primarily applied research using data collected from surveys.
His most recent publications focus on: 1. the analysis of the relationship between CSR on the one hand and innovation, diversity, business performance and environmental commitment on the other; 2. the impact of Information and Communication Technologies on well-being and job satisfaction. His work has been published in Long Range Planning, Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental Management, European Management Journal, Journal of Economic Issues, Journal of Socio-Economics, Journal of Cleaner Production, Journal of Business Ethics, and Système d’Information et Management (Information Systems and Management).
