Gwénaëlle Poilpot-Rocaboy is a Professor and researcher at the CREM (UMR CNRS 6211). Her research focuses on the quality of life at work and aims to demonstrate that sustainable and benevolent human resources management contributes to individual and organisational performance.
Concerned with the defence of university values (academic excellence and access to training for all), she is vice-president of the AGRH (Association Francophone de Gestion des Ressources Humaines), is president of the Référence-RH network (Association des formations de 3ème cycle universitaire et Grandes Ecoles en Gestion des Ressources Humaines) and is a member of the CNU (Conseil National des Universités).
She is the author of numerous articles in scientific journals (RGRH, @GRH, RIPCO, Revue des Sciences de Gestion, Revue Internationale de Gestion, Personnel Review, International Employment Relations Review, etc.) and books (Risques et souffrance au travail : Nouvelles contraintes, Nouveaux remèdes, Dunod, 2010 (with David Alis and Marc Dumas); Quels métiers RH demain?
