Yves Pigneur is a professor in the Information Systems Department at HEC Lausanne. Editor-in-chief of the journal “Systèmes d’information & Management”, his research topics are e-business system design and he has published more than a hundred scientific papers.
With Alex Osterwalder, they published “Business Model Generation: A Handbook for Visionaries, Game Changers, and Challengers” (Wiley and 29 translations).
He is also the author, with Tim Clark and Alex Osterwalder, of “Business Model You: A One-Page Method For Reinventing Your Career”, also published by Wiley in 2012 and of “Modelling by Example – Spreadsheet and Database Practice”, Presse Polytechnique et Universitaire Romande (PPUR) with Gabor Maksay.
