Liu Zhibin began his HR career at China Mobile as a HR since 2004, and later became an executive at FESCO, a renowned HR services company in China, providing HR services to multinational companies like Microsoft and IBM. In 2012, after systematic study, he entered the field of psychology and leadership coach, and now consults for Chinese companies, applying psychological theories to enhance management effectiveness and employee well-being.
He defended his Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA) in September 2024, on the theme “The Impact of Empowering leadership on employee’s Psychological Well-being in the Chinese Context: The Mediating Role of Psychological Capital” under the supervision of Professor Marc VALAX, Professor at the University of IAE Nice, Université Côte d’Azur.
