Director of Management and Human Resources since 2007, Serena Cambria began her career in personnel selection and human resources consulting, working for a family business that she managed for more than 16 years. Since 2024, she has been Director of Flexsis SA, a company specialising in the search for and placement of personnel in the construction, industrial and watchmaking sectors. She is also a member of the Executive Committee of the Interiman Group, of which Flexsis SA is a member.
In September 2024, she defended her Executive Doctorate in Business Administration (EBDA), on the theme ‘The power of temporary workers in Switzerland at full employment: the challenges of retention’, under the supervision of Professor Valax Marc, Professor of Universities, IAE Nice, Université Côte d’Azur.
