Holder of an MBA with a Finance option (Master of Business Administration), Sylvestre BAILLY began his career in commodities trading in the OREBI group. He is currently CEO (Chief Executive Officer) of a multinational operating in the field of road management, present in around ten countries.
In September 2024, he defended his Executive (Doctorate of Business Administration) on the subject “Management of cultural differences and motivation of teams at the level of subsidiaries in West Africa: Case of the Afrique Pesage Group” under the supervision of Professor Ulrike MAYRHOFER, Professor of Management Sciences at IAE Lyon, Jean Moulin University LYON.
