Prof. Boubacar BAIDARI is an Associate Professor of Management Sciences at the Faculty of Economics and Management of the Abdou Moumouni University of Niamey (Niger).
Until March 2018, he was Director General of the Centre Africain d’Études Supérieures en Gestion (CESAG), a regional institution created in 1985 in Dakar (Senegal), specialized in training, research and consultancy in the field of management under the supervision of the Central Bank of West African States (BCEAO) on behalf of the member states of the West African Economic and Monetary Union (WAEMU).
His teaching and research areas are mainly management control, accounting, strategic management and organisational theory. He teaches in several higher education institutions, notably in Niger, Senegal, Burkina Faso, Côte d’Ivoire, France, etc. He has published several articles in scientific journals and is the author of the book “Gouvernance des établissements d’enseignement supérieur et amélioration de l’environnement des affaires en zone UEMOA”, published by Presses universitaires de Dakar in 2013.
