As a senegalese civil servant, Mr. Ibrahima NDIAYE served in various ministries before joining the Délégation au Management Public in 2005 as an Organisation Advisor. From 2008 up to 2012, he was the Coordinator of the Good Governance Capacity Building Project. He is currently Director of the Bureau Organisation et Méthodes (formerly Délégation au Management Public).
In september, Mr. NDIAYE submitted his Executive Doctorate of Business Administration on the following subject : Public Management and Organisational Paradoxes : the public administration reform in Senegal as a case study, under the supervision of Professor Alain Burlaud of CNAM in Paris.
