Ning Tang started his career from a Netherlands investment company in 2004, then worked for Deutsche Post(DHL), WeWork(US) as IT expert, Project Management and Sales Management. He joined a Non-profit organization HYBK in China as Chief Supervisor(part time) since 2006. His currently business title is General Manager for Group Marketing and Sales of WorldEx(No.1 privacy logistics enterprise of China in 2023.)
He will be defending his Executive Doctorate of Business Administration (EDBA) in March 2024, on the theme “How to Motivate top talent from all walks of life work as volunteers for non-profit organization” under the supervison of Professor Marc Valax, Professor at the IAE Nice School of Management Université Côte d’Azur, France.

Abstract
Large number of non-profit organizations (NPOs) have emerged in China in recent decades. How to motivate outstanding talents from all walks of life who have been enrolled into this industry and keep them motivated is a problem that needs to be solved in the process of social organization development. This study is a comprehensive study, the thesis considered the social context, development trends and dilemmas of non-profit organizations in China, and also analyzes and investigates the talent management and motivation mechanisms of organizations. A qualitative analysis of the H organization identifies the issues that need to be addressed, and through the AMO model and other theories, relevant systems and implications are developed. Based on a comprehensive analysis of the development path of public welfare organizations in top talents personnel incentive mechanism policy establishment, with a view to providing reference for the survival and development of other non-profit organizations, and to provide some useful insights in China.
