Since 2019, Fethallah Otmani has held the position of Director of a training center and has worked as a strategic management consultant. He embarked upon his career in accounting before transitioning towards international entrepreneurial projects. He was recruited by the leading European halal certification body, where he served as General Director and subsequently as President. In these roles, he was entrusted as an expert involved in various international commissions.
In September 2023, Fethallah Otmani is scheduled to defend his Executive Doctorate of Business Administration (EDBA) thesis. The dissertation’s focal point is “”From Spiritual Leadership to Muslim Spiritual Leadership: What Specificities? A Comparative Case Study of Affinitive Organizations in France.”” This research is being conducted under the guidance of Professor Michel Kalika, Professor Emeritus at Jean Moulin University, iaelyon School of Management, and President of the Business Science Institute, ans Doctor Hugo Gaillard, Associate Professor in Human Resource Management and Governance at Le Mans Université.
