Pierre Filliatrault is Professor at ESG UQÁM, where he teaches marketing. His research principally deals with the management of marking, the marketing of services, and relational marketing. He is co-author of the book Le marketing, which was published in 2010 by Gaëtan Morin, Chenelière Éducation, 2nd edition, and the author of Comment faire un plan de marketing stratégique, Les Éditions Transcontinental, 3rd ed., 2010
