Claire Gauzente is a professor at the IAE of Nantes Institute of Economics and Management. Her research deals with marketing and organizational issues. Her latest article, “Message content in keyword campaigns, click behavior and price-consciousness: A study of millennial consumers” (co-authored with Y. Roy), was published in the Journal of Retailing and Customer Services, vol. 19, n°1, in 2012.
