Pauline Fatien Diochon holds a PhD in Management Sciences from HEC Paris and has international experience in France, the USA and Colombia. Her research explores the dynamics and processes of leadership development, including power, ethics and paradoxes. Other areas of interest include spaces for collaboration and innovation.
Her teaching assignments cover a variety of management topics, such as leadership, personal and professional development or business ethics, in French and English. She is the author of numerous articles in international academic journals, her latest book Complex Situations in Coaching. A critical case-based approach, co-authored with D. Louis was published by Routledge in 2019.
