The speed of response depends on the recipients:

  • For an email addressed to the administrative support team (contact@business-science-institute.com), the response time is less than 24 hours on weekdays.
  • For an email addressed to the research support unit (aline@business-science-institute.com), for an article or bibliographic search, the acknowledgement of receipt is generally sent in under 48 hours and the sending of the requested documents in less than 72 hours.  In some cases, this may take longer.

The academic's time is very different.
