Dr. NDIOUCK Cheikh Amadou
Cheikh Ahmadou Bamba Ndiouck studied Legal Sciences and Management sciences. After his training at the National School of Administration (ENA) of Senegal in 2003, he held the position of head of the Legislation Office at the Ministry of Health. In 2010, he joined the Court of Auditors as an auditor at the Chamber of Budgetary and Financial Affairs. In 2015, he returned to the Ministry of Health and was appointed Head of the Programming and Budgetary Monitoring Division.
In September 2020, he defended his Executive Doctorate in Business Administration (EDBA), on the theme "Critical Review of the Budget Arbitration System in Sectoral Ministries:The Case of the Senegalese Ministry of Health”, under the supervision of Professor Geneviève Causse, Emeritus Professor at the University of Paris-Est and ESCP Europe.
