Ulrike Mayrhofer is Professor of Management at iaelyon School of Business, Jean-Moulin University, where she is co- Director, in charge of Corporate Relations and responsible of the International MBA and International Management at the Magellan Research Center. She co-directs the Research Group "Internationalization of SMEs". Her fields of teaching and research are international and intercultural management, business strategy and marketing. She teaches in initial and continuing training, and carries out expert missions to various companies and institutions. She is the author of several pedagogical case studies and has won the “Top Auteur” and the “Top Cas” awards of the CCMP (Centrale de Cas et Médias Pédagogiques) several times. Ulrike Mayrhofer has published numerous books (including Intercultural Management, Understanding and Managing Cultural Diversity, Vuibert, 2017, Les Grands Auteurs en Management International, Editions Management & Société, 2014), book chapters and articles in scientific journals. She is Senior Editor of the European Journal of International Management. She is a member of the International Scientific Advisory Board of IDEX Lyon (Initiative of Excellence), of the Board (French representant) of EIBA (European International Business Academy) and Honorary President of Atlas AFMI (Association Francophone de Management International).
