Dr. Khadija Al Arkoubi is an associate professor of management at the University of New Haven (USA) where she teaches MBA and undergraduate courses in Management. She received her PhD in Business Administration from New Mexico State University (USA) and her Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Manchester in England.
Khadija has held academic and professional positions in Morocco, the United Arab Emirates and the United States of America. Her research interests include spiritual and global leadership, International Human Resource Management/Human Resource Development (IHRM, IHRD) and Management Education. She received multiple awards throughout her academic career such as, the Academy of Management award for the second most promising dissertation in the area of management, spirituality and religion in 2007, the best teacher and the best faculty service awards in her college respectively in 2015 and 2016.
Khadija serves as an ad-hoc reviewer for many journals and is a member of many Associations, including the American Academy of Management.
