Gwénaëlle Poilpot-Rocaboy is a professor and the General Director of IGR-IAE at the University of Rennes 1. Researcher at CREM (UMR CNRS 6211), her research focuses on the quality of life at work and aims to demonstrate that sustainable and caring human resources management contributes to individual and organizational performance. Dedicated to the defense of academic values (academic excellence and access for all), she is vice president of the AGRH (Francophone Association of Human Resources Management), president of the Reference-RH network (an association for universities offering programs in human resource management), and a member of the CNU (National Council of Universities). She is the author of numerous articles in scientific journals (RGRH, @GRH, RIPCO, Revue des Sciences de Gestion, Revue Internationale de Gestion, Personnel Review, International Employment Relations Review, etc.) and books (Risques et souffrance au travail : Nouvelles contraintes, Nouveaux remèdes, Dunod, 2010 (with David Alis and Marc Dumas) ; Quels métiers RH demain ?
