Anne Rousseau directs a research unit dedicated to socio-technical innovation management at the Public Research Center Henri Tudor in Luxembourg, and is a professor of human management and change management at the Université catholique de Louvain in Belgium. The owner of a doctorate in managerial sciences from the Louvain School of Management, her research and published work deal with the organizational and human dimensions of innovation management. As such, she is particularly interested in management and organizational systems and their transformation and appropriation in the digital age. In view of the goal of co-creation of value inherent in these innovations, her work is based on a collaborative and critical research design.
