Guy-Francois Ayemin Able holds a Master’s Degree in Project and Program Management from CAMPC (African Centre of Executive Management and Training), Abidjan, and graduated from the Ivory Coast ENA (National School of Administration).
He is currently a property tax collector (DGI-Direction générale des Impôts [General Taxes Directorate]), consultant-instructor at CAMPC; Director of the Rhema Institute (consultancy and training organization in Management, Leadership and Human Resources) approved by the FDFP (a Vocational Training Development Fund in Ivory Coast; Chairman of the Board of the Communication Group Rédemption-Sa (composed of the Radio station la Voie Sainte, the weekly paper Le Rédempteur); Director of the SCI les KAP, Prophet, World Pastor of the MEVS (Evangelical Mission la Voie Sainte) and President of the ODECI (the Order of the Ivory Coast Church).
He joined the Business Science Institute in 2015 and is preparing his Executive Doctorate in Business Administration on “Mesure du leadership religieux : cas des Prophètes de l’Evangile en Côte d’Ivoire” [Measuring Religious Leadership: The Case of Gospel Prophets in Ivory Coast]. Its perspective provides a conceptualization of a descriptive and comprehensible model of the profound reality of factors evaluating and measuring the influence of this type of leadership, in order to show the interest and feasibility of such an approach in management.
His supervisor is Françoise Chevalier, Associate Professor of Management and Human Resources, HEC Paris.
