Cheikh Amadou Bamba Ndiouck
Mr. Cheikh Ahmadou Bamba Ndiouck was born on February 12, 1977 in Dakar. After his baccalaureate and bachelor’s degree in law, he joined the Senegalese National School of Administration in 2001. After two years of training, he was assigned to the Ministry of Health, in the Legislation department, where he worked from January 2004 until November 2010. During this period he continued his studies at the Faculty of Legal and Political Sciences of the Cheikh Anta Diop University of Dakar (UCAD) where he obtained a Masters in Law with a specialization in Private Law, and then a Master's degree in Corporate and Business Law.
In December 2010 he joined the Court of Auditors of Senegal as an auditor in the Chamber of Budgetary and Financial Affairs. During this time he enrolled at the Institut de Formation en Administration et en Création d’Entreprise (IFACE) [Institute for Administration and Entrepreneurship] in the Faculty of Economic Sciences and Management at Cheikh Anta Diop University where he obtained a Master's degree in Management followed by a Master’s degree in Audit and Management Control. In 2015 he enrolled at the African Center for Advanced Studies in Management (CESAG) where he obtained an MBA in Project Management.
Since May 2015 he has been head of the Programming and Budget Monitoring Division of the Ministry of Health and Social Action. As part of his academic training, he has worked on topics such as project auditing, public procurement and factoring.
At the moment he is preparing a Doctorate in Business Administration at the Business Science Institute. His thesis focuses on public finances. You can contact him at firstname.lastname@example.org.
